Dr. Oleg Lisitsyn, Dr. Diana Ilyasova, and our entire staff welcome you to Pelham Parkway Vision Center. We are excited to have you as a new patient and we are eager to assist with all your eye care needs. Our team is here to help you see more clearly, to maintain the health of your eyes and to help you with all vision related issues, including dry eye treatment, macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic and hypertensive eye care.
As a new patient, we will give you a thorough exam that will determine your prescription levels and the health of your eyes. Based on your exam, the eye doctor will create a vision plan that will ensure you get everything you need for your vision needs. We can help fit you with contacts, choose eyeglasses frames and more.
Our Policies
To ensure a positive experience for all patients, we maintain several policies, including:
24-hour cancellation policy – If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact our office at least 24-hours in advance and we will be happy to reschedule you.
Patient responsibilities – Patients are responsible for insurance and doctor referrals. Our staff is willing to help assist with finding insurance information and/or directing to the right source for such information, but patients are ultimately responsible for making sure that all insurance and referrals are in order.

Our vision center participates with most medical and union insurance plans, along with VSP, Medicare, and Medicaid. Our team is experienced in working with vision insurance providers. We will do our best to ensure that you understand what your insurance covers and how it will help with your specific vision care. You can rely on our staff to work with both your insurer and you to submit claims and make the process as convenient as possible.
